Tasty Tuesday...

You MUST try this.  It's delish.

Alright, For This Banana Bread Recipe You Will Need:

- 4-5 mashed bananas (use ripe ones)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar (or less if you can't see your toes)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used applesauce)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Set your oven to 350*.  Spray your pan with PAM or it will stick!

First add sugar, oil (applesauce), and eggs and then start mixing so the sugar melts. Then add mashed bananas and mix some more. When it looks good and mixed up, it is time to add all the dry ingredients - flour, salt, vanilla, and baking powder and mix some more. You should get a nice and very thick banana bread batter.

Bake for one hour or so.

You can check if it's done by sticking a toothpick or a knife or something (not your fingers) in your banana bread and if it comes out clean (not all sticky and dirty with batter), you are finished.

You can thank me later.  (or the people at banana bread recipe.com)
Something Super:  Warm cider.  I love Autumn.
Something Rotten:  Two people in my house have colds.
